Biography
Arthur Cardell Oliver was born on 14 April 1876 in Cardiff, South Glamorgan, Wales,[1] the son of Elizabeth F. Oliver and John Cardell Oliver.[2] Arthur's birth was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1875 in the Of Cardiff district.[3]
He married Annie Florence Gillies Wilson on 15 December 1902 at St Matthias' parish church in Poplar, London, England.[1] They had two sons.[1]
Arthur died on 15 September 1929 in England.[1][4]
